This Penguin model has a Red G10 with Carbon Fibre Overlay handle and a Blackwash D2 blade.
The QSP Penguin is probably the best EDC knife you can get for the money. The blade is made of D2 steel which provides good hardness, toughness and decent edge holding, and has a sheepsfoot blade shape with a straight edge.  The deep carry pocket clip loops over and screws in behind the scale, making the knife slide in and out of pockets easily. The Penguin opens using the dual thumb studs and the copper washers.
